WASHINGTON SQUARE WEST—Celebrated Philly artist/fashionable woman-around-town Denise Fike will co-host a Holiday Trunk Show on Friday at her 734 Pine St studio. The event runs from 4pm to 9pm, and will offer Fike's one-of-a-kind fashion portraits, plus ceramics, jewelry, and more from local artisans Chris Bonner, Allison Hunt, Eleanor Kennel, and Evelyn Taylor. DELAWARE COUNTY—Philly jewelry designer/Oprah darling John Wind of John Wind Maximal Art is holding a Sample Sale at his Aston, PA studio beginning Friday, Dec 14 and ending Monday, Dec 17. Featuring the designer's collection of USA-made vintage-modern baubles, the sale runs from 10am to 6pm each day. Brand Director Lauren Moreno tells us to expect "samples, discontinued items, one-of-a-kinds, and other goodies that we have been hoarding away for years." FISHTOWN—Complementing Adorn's inventory of handmade, gemstone-laden jewelry, mobile vintage shop Snowbird Vintage will be at the Fishtown boutique for a weekend-long pop-up shop. The Vintage Winter Market promises a selection of Snowbird's men's and women's vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories, and housewares, and takes places from 11am to 8pm from Dec 14 to Dec 16.
