Looks like Philly's own Chef Jose Garces has traded the spatula for a glue gun, at least temporarily. The Iron Chef designed a pair of custom bottle top-adorned Vans as part of the footwear brand's Custom Culture initiative, which promotes high school art programs. [Eater Philly]
