It's been a little while since we last stepped foot inside a classroom, and the Philly-based blog Cobblestone and Stilettos has us nostalgic for notebook doodles and passing notes. Colorful collages and cutesy handwriting fonts accompany every post, but the content isn't child's play: Blogger Caitlin has a serious knowledge of Philly's shopping and fashion scene, and she gives us an insider's view on everything from new store openings to upcoming fashion events.

Why we love it: Charming illustrations are enough to grab our attention, but the site's coverage (sales, store tours, buying guides) keeps us coming back for more.
