The recent drop in temperatures should be an indication that fall is well underway. If you haven't swapped out your summer beauty essentials yet, you're already behind the curve. From voluminous curls to navy nails, there's a slew of new hair and makeup trends to try. Stumped on how to recreate these looks at home? Here, Lara Chuckry, manager of Beans Beauty Doylestown, dishes on the must-have products to achieve Fall's hottest beauty looks.

Lara's take on Fall 2013 hair: The runways showed major hair trends that ran the gamut from the grunge-inspired wet hair look, to large, voluminous curls. Somewhere in the middle were simple, low maintenance looks; lots of low, loose ponytails, sleek strands, relaxed blowouts and gently tousled waves. Choose your products based on your hair texture and the look you'd like to achieve. For fine hair, use light oils and mousses as stylers. Thicker, coarser textures can handle a cream or balm for frizz free hair.

Bare Escentuals bareMinerals READY Luminizer Duo: The Love Affair & The Shining Moment, $24. Available at the Doylestown location. Call 215-489-9199 for product details.

Lara's take on Fall 2013 skin: Luminous skin is in! The key to luminous skin is regular exfoliation. The Clarisonic is a great tool! Try using it a few times per week for best results. Also, using a daily moisturizer and applying a good luminizer will ensure your skin stays hydrated and enhances your natural glow.

Lara's take on Fall 2013 makeup: Smoky eyes are always in, but we've also been seeing ultra-long lashes, full, caterpillar-like brows, 80s style winged liner, thin black eyeliner, and glitter and metallic shadows, particularly in purple. Aside from a classic red lip, wine stained lips are huge for fall. You can layer a stain for a sheer look or blot a matte lipstick for bold color payoff. We've also seen nude lips paired with pink cheeks for that "natural beauty" look.

Butter London Nail Lacquer in Queen Vic, $15, and OPI Nail Polish, Wondrous Star, $8, available at Doylestown location (215-489-9199.)

Lara's take on Fall 2013 nails: On nails, people are gravitating towards navy, grey, and deep purples and burgundies. Also iridescent polishes in saturated hues like copper and pewter are really popular. My favorite polishes come from Butter London. The texture is great and it lasts a long time. Make sure to use a good base coat to protect your nails from staining and a top coat to keep fall's dark colors from chipping.
