The Philadelphia Inquirer columnist Elizabeth Wellington reports that Joan Shepp may, early next year, take over a nearly 11,000-square-foot space on the second level of the Shops at Liberty Place. The store recently relocated from Walnut Street to a temporary pop-up within the Shops' first floor. [Living]
