For a trip to Chez Jay—the 54-year-old Santa Monica "celebrity dive"—Eater LA editor Kat Odell highlights a classic color combo by pairing Gap red skinnys with an oversized navy-and-white striped Gap sweater. The nautical look jibes well with Chez Jay's seafood-heavy menu, which has fed notables Frank Sinatra, Henry Kissinger, Quentin Tarantino, and Julia Roberts since 1959.
