CENTER CITY—Center City full-service eyewear boutique Modern Eye will host a two-day trunk show showcasing sunglasses and eyeglasses from famed eyewear label Oliver Goldsmith. The name behind iconic glasses and sunnies worn by the likes of Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly, Sophia Loren, John Lennon, and Michael Caine, the Oliver Goldsmith label is now in its fourth generation; Oliver Goldsmith's great-granddaughter Claire Goldsmith now designs a line of frames for the label and will make an appearance at the trunk show, which takes place at Modern Eye's Center City location on Wednesday, November 13, from 3pm to 8pm, and at the store's location in University City on Thursday, November 14, from 2pm to 7pm.
