We demand a recount! Tallying the votes of over 80,000 people, Condé Nast Traveler has released its annual list of the country's 10 best cities for shopping, which btw, does not include Philadelphia.
Smaller cities—Charleston, Boston, and Newport Beach (?)—all land spots on the list, placing after New York City, which nabs the number-one spot (shocking!). Why do you think Philly was overlooked? Sound off in the comments.
