Artisan gift boutique Square Peg Artery and Salvage will close for good at the end of December. If you can remember, Square Peg left its Center City address for a new store location in Kensington just this past spring, which makes this shuttering seem all-too sudden.
The silver lining is that boutique, which stocks locally-made jewelry, apparel, stationery, home decor, and more, is holding a 20%—40% off closing sale, now through December 24. Also, the store will live on through an Etsy shop. You can say your final goodbyes to Square Peg on Friday, January 3, 6pm to 9pm, when the boutique will host a closing soiree.
