Eastern Mountain Sports' Will Manzer has stepped down from his post as CEO. His departure comes two months after the outdoors retailer was acquired by Versa Capital Management, a Philly-based private equity firm. Versa will merge EMS with Bob's Stores, a retailer of active apparel and workwear. [WWD]
