More than a few readers have shared with us a rumor that Scotch & Soda is coming to Philly, bringing with it its "Paris chic meets New York rock 'n roll" apparel for men, women, and kids. The brand already has 30 stores worldwide, so a location in Philadelphia can't be outside the realm of possibility, right?
Here's the response we received from the Amsterdam-based brand: "A store in Philadelphia would be great, but as for now we can't confirm anything." Translation: A Scotch & Soda store may be in Philly's future, and PR professionals are masters of ambiguity. We'll keep you updated, but in the meantime, check out the stores confirmed to be opening soon in our city.
