The city's sportiest neighborhood, Manayunk, is set to welcome a new athletic apparel store next month. JL Racing, a California-based, eco-friendly athletic clothing company, is coming to 4361 Main Street, a vacant space directly across the street from Volo Coffeehouse, a popular hangout for area bicyclists.
Offering USA-made rowing, cycling, triathlon, yoga, and running gear for individuals and teams, JL Racing will complement neighboring, similarly-themed shops like Cadence Cycling, Bryn Mawr Running Company, and Human Zoom. The doors to JL Racing will open on March 29 with a grand opening event that promises special giveaways and discounts.
