Sad news: Scarlet Fiorella is closing up shop. The boutique, which is located in Midtown VIllage's popular shopping stretch, carries clothing for women and kids, plus a smattering of handbags and costume jewelry from the likes of Marlyn Schiff and Sultana Aschim.
