Queen Village's Bus Stop is one the city's reigning footwear boutiques, which is exactly why we've enlisted store manager Aubrie Costello to name her five favorite current shoe trends. Today's the final day of Trend Per Day, wherein Costello names the five footwear styles that you need in your warm weather line-up right now.
Trend Five: Melissa's Jellies for Grown-ups— "Over the last several seasons, I've made many ladies fall in love with the comfort and convenience of these Brazilian waterproof beauties," says Costello. "They not only look futuristic and chic (many styles read like patent leather on the foot), they're practical because they can stand up to the elements. Feel like jumping into a pool during a summer party with all your clothes (and shoes) on? Go for it; these babies were made for it."
