New EPA Boutique Will Delight the Hip and Thrifty

There's a new boutique coming to the EPA stretch near Moore Street. Pink stenciled letters and an 8x10 paper sign gave us the lowdown on Hip & Thrifty, a women's used clothing shop. According to the sign, the 1810 East Passyunk store is "opening soon," and the shop's Facebook page says to expect its debut sometime in April. Keep your eyes peeled for updates.
