Just before 11am today, a Salvation Army thrift shop collapsed along with an adjacent Hoagie City at 22nd and Market Streets. Police, firefighters, and the Red Cross are on the scene. Streets are closed; bus and rail service are suspended in the area. There are unconfirmed reports of people injured and possibly trapped. [bizjournals]
