After the birth of Prince George Alexander Louis, we've got royalty on the brain. How timely, then, that news of the James A.Michener Museum's new Grace Kelly exhibit should hit our inbox. Beginning this October, the Doylestown museum will exhibit pieces from the Philly socialite-turned-Princess of Monaco's personal and theatrical wardrobes.
Picture it: Kelly's pieces by Chanel, Dior, Lanvin, YSL, Givenchy, Oleg Cassini, and Balenciaga displayed alongside film clips, photos, and archival documents from the Palace of Monaco. The Michener Museum is the only place in the US to see Kelly's drool-worthy pieces, and tickets for the exhibit go on sale August 1.
