In response to claims that J.Crew's overly-stylized collections have left the brand's core customers in the dust, CEO Mike Drexler stands his ground. But the CEO also admits that "in the company's desire to embrace change, the team also shared the view that some of the styling had perhaps strayed too far from the classics and brand messaging for which J.
