The 23,598-square-foot building that houses the flagship Anthropologie store on Rittenhouse Square is up for sale. Currently owned by ARC Properties, the property is fully leased to Anthro until May 2016, but after that, the retailer will likely face a rent hike. [Property via Philadelphia Business Journal]
