Old City women's shop Smak Parlour officially rolled out its new Fashion Truck over the holiday weekend. Along with gobs of clothing and accessories, the curbside boutique-on-wheels sports a changing room, and most importantly, air conditioning. Click here for the photos. [Facebook]
