It's already one of Philly's top accessories boutiques, but Tselaine is about to get even better. The Walnut Street shop now stocks women's wedding bands from indie American designers Amery Carriere, Lauren Wolf, and Carla Caruso. "[These are] edgier, funkier choices for the alternative bride or a more D.I.Y. kind of gal," says Tselaine owner Elaine Tse. "We realized that women wanted colored stones and things that were more out of the ordinary for their engagement and wedding bands. Champagne, black, and silver diamonds were requested."

Handmade in Brooklyn, Lauren Wolf's Stingray Druzy Ring (pictured, above) will set you (or your significant other) back just $125. A popular item at Tselaine, Carla Caruso's matte gold Blueberry Band ($325) can be customized with diamonds for a higher price. "We have had so many phone calls about Carla's rings that we decided that we had to carry them," Tse says. Amery Carriere's "romantic with an edge" bands will retail under $350. The boutique will celebrate the new bridal band collection with a party on Thursday, October 17, from 6pm to 8pm; check Tselaine's Facebook page for party updates.
