To mark two decades on Race Street, Old City stalwart Scarlett Alley is celebrating its 20th birthday with seven days of discounts. From Wednesday, September 18, through Tuesday, September 24, boutique owner Liz Scarlett will offer a free wine tote with any purchase and 20% off a rotating selection of her store's upscale tableware, home decor items, jewelry, and personal accessories.

Here's how the discounts will go down: Wednesday, September 18—Thursday, September 19: 20% off jewelry from Philly designer John Wind; Friday, September 20—Saturday, September 21: 20% off bamboo apparel by Yala; Sunday, September 22—Monday, September 23: 20% off personalized ceramic bowls; Tuesday, September 24: 20% off your in-store purchase.
