Commercial real estate developer Andy Kaplan of Rockland Capital revealed his plans for EPA's King of Jeans building. The ground floor would consist of 2,980 square feet of retail space, preferably leased to a "strong anchor." He has two possible retailers in mind, but declined to name them. [Passyunk Post]
