If our Fitness Week 2014 coverage had you raring at the bit to start a new exercise regimen, Sweat Fitness has two sweet deals for new members: Sweat's Manayunk location is hosting complimentary Acrobatic Partner Yoga on Saturdays, from 11am to 12pm. The class fuses yoga and acrobatics, with the goal of body alignment and breath connection. (You'll be doing this in groups of three, so you may want to pop a Tic Tac ahead of time.) At the gym's Filter Square location, a free Cycling class is being offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, at 6:30pm.
Just check in at either gym's front desk to join the class, but don't sit on this one: The deal's only good for the month of January.
