Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

We interrupt our regularly scheduled programming to bring you Ian Michael Crumm, our resident men's fashion expert, here to share style pointers and tips for tackling the latest trends in menswear. Straighten those neckerchiefs—Ian is on the go!

David Grimes, the owner of Fabric Row's newest shop, Armour, wears a few favorite pieces from his menswear boutique.

It's that time of the year again when everyone is rushing to make dinner reservations. You got it right; it's Center City District Restaurant Week! Did someone say three-course dinner for $35 or three-course lunch for $20? Sign. Me. Up.

With over 100 participating restaurants, you might be thinking "Oh, shoot. What will I wear for my dinner dates?" Thankfully, some of our retail friends have shared some Restaurant Week styling tips, plus a hint as to what they'll be wearing for the occasion. To help you really dine in style, these retailers have also shared special promo codes to their boutiques, just for Racked Philly readers. Bon appetit!

Ali McCloud, owner, Arcadia:
"I'm always excited for Restaurant Week. This year, I definitely plan to get to one of my Queen Village favorites, Bistrot La Minette, and I know many of my friends are excited to try Little Nonna's. This winter, I love all the thick, cozy leggings I've picked up, so I will probably stay comfortable in leggings, an oversized knit sweater, and ankle booties. Plus I'm always in hats this time of year!

Ann Gitter, owner/head buyer, Knit Wit and Plage Tahiti:
"From Knit Wit, get a casual look perfect for Zama, The Dandelion, or Audrey Claire: a cozy and luxurious Autumn Cashmere sweater, straight leg skinny jeans by JBrand (like the Maria high-rise), and a pair of casual, cool boots. From Plage Tahiti, pick up a new dress for a fancier night out. Fall and winter designer dresses are now 60—90% off at Plage's annual sale, so it's the perfect time to treat yourself to something new."

Cortney Cohen, owner, The Geisha House:
With any dining experience, you want to be comfortable to really enjoy your dinner. Sure, you will look fabulous in a tight fitting, sexy dress, but you will most likely be fidgeting through your meal to really enjoy it. Swap the sexy dress for something a more flowy with amazing pops of jewelry. I happen to be super clumsy at times, so I tend to steer away from light colored blouses/dresses when I know I will be eating/drinking!
