In a bold move, the winner of our Coolest Philly Artisan 2013 Racked Award is retiring her line of glass-glittered hair accessories—the very same ones that put her on the map—for good. "The starry designs have been far more successful than I could have ever hoped for and still are to this day," she writes on her website. "For this reason, I've decided to retire the line while still on top and go out with a bang." Giant Dwarf's here to stay, however; the designer has new creations up her sleeve for 2014.
