Well here's something you don't see every day. Philadelphia-based East River Bank, which has branches in Old City, East Falls, and Roxborough, is targeting the city's hipster population with a new ad campaign featuring a woman with a full tattoo sleeve.

The campaign was launched in an effort to attract more business to the bank's new branch in Old City. The tagline reads, "Philly's most advanced neighborhood bank," no doubt in an attempt to present the bank as a place of belonging for the 'hood's tattooed masses. "This is what that crowd looks like," East River CEO Christopher McGill told Philadelphia Business Journal.

The company's cover photo on Facebook shows the same tattooed woman, whose unconventional beauty is slated to be plastered all over billboards in the upcoming weeks.
