Welcome to Editor's Picks, a weekly round-up of what we're buying (or at least coveting) this week.

Racked Chicago editor Jenny Berg: If a paragon of health is offering advice, I'm all ears. So, yes, I subscribe to Goop, and, yes, my brand-new copy of Giada's Feel Good Food is already dog-eared and doused with oil stains (of the safflower family, of course.)
This new cookbook from Giada De Laurentiis ($36) makes me very, very excited about cooking, and exponentially more excited to eat. The healthy recipes are as surprising as they are delicious—strawberry-basil omelets? Who knew?—and are pretty easy to make. But it's Giada's lifestyle tips that really round out the package. From olive-oil face masks to Korean spa treatments, the chef lays out what gives her that twinkling je ne sais quoi. Heck, I'll have what she's having.
Racked NY menswear specialist Mickey Sery: I've used many moisturizers over the years, but I recently tried one that has my friends questioning what's new with my face. Port Products' Balancing Daily Moisturizer helps restores hydration while combating excess oil.
The rich but quick-to-absorb formula contains ginger root and bamboo extract for antioxidant and anti-aging benefits. If you typically buy drugstore moisturizer, the $30 price might seem steep, but a little of this product goes a long way. Seriously, after I slathered it on for a week, three separate people asked me if I'd gotten Botox.
Racked New York contributor Claudia Saide: I'm not a huge fan of makeup; usually I leave the house barefaced. But one thing I never forget to do is curl my eyelashes. It just makes me feel so much prettier. I've gone through my fair share of these little metal eye enhancers, and I find that none beat the one by Kevyn Aucoin. More often than not these things can be really flimsy, but Kevyn Aucoin's is powerful, giving your lashes a curl that lasts from first thing in the morning till the end of the night.
Racked National senior editor Kenzie Bryant: Sometimes in the deepest throes of winter, when it's so cold that thinking about the outdoors gives my extremities frostbite, I like to daydream about the clothes I'll wear when the temperature becomes reasonable again. The first item is forever and always my brown leather Rachel Comey loafers.
I purchased a past-season style at a sample sale over the summer but just found them in a gorgeous nude at The Dreslyn. If you're looking for an easy, comfortable shoe that looks pulled-together and goes with everything, you won't regret throwing down the big bucks for this one.
Racked Dallas editor Anna Caplan: If you've opened up a magazine or newspaper at any point in the last few months, you've seen the somewhat aggressive advertising campaign by Detroit start-up Shinola. This new maker of bicycles, watches, leather goods and journals is on my one to, um, watch list, if only for its handsome products. But while I'm not quite in the market for a $900 timepiece right now, I am totally enamored by Shinola's line of linen hard-cover journals (available online and locally at Steven Alan).
The 3.75" by 5.5" version, made in Michigan from "acid-free paper sourced from sustainably managed North American forests" (you can't make this stuff up) fits just fine inside my bag, so it's ideal for on-the-go scribbling. No more note-taking on bank deposit slips for me.
