Kate Middleton's label of choice, Hobbs, is coming to the KOP Mall for a temporary shop-in-shop at Bloomingdale's. On the heels of the "blue-blood" British label's dedicated American website, which launched late last year, the shop-in-shop will mark Hobbs' first venture into the U.S. market.
Hobbs' marketing and e-commerce director Clare Dobbie tells WWD that the contemporary label's tailored dresses reign in popularity among U.S. customers. (Think mod checkered shifts, wrap-style frocks with whimsical prints, and demure numbers appropriate for a touring duchess.) In addition to King of Prussia, Hobbs will set up shop in four Bloomingdale's stores along the East Coast. Look for the shop-in-shop at the KOP Bloomie's early next month, and test your luck at the Hobbs Unlock Wardrobe Event on April 5.
