Getting out of dodge? Your suitcase will have the sads if you don't pack Matta's signature Dupatta. The hand-woven and -dyed scarf is "possibly the most important thing in your travel bag," according to Kate Lawson, the owner of the Main Line accessories boutique Menagerie.

Crafted from a cotton-silk blend, the tasseled scarf—a celeb favorite—can double (and triple) as a sarong, shawl, and throw, which is probably why it's the top seller at Lawson's shop. "Everyone walks out with one," she says. Menagerie has 'em in almost all colors of the rainbow.
