Of the Earth, the latest lookbook from Philly handcrafted jewelry label Concrete Polish, has landed in our inbox, and it's a beaut. In what we see as a celebration of the organic elements that inspire designer Angela Monaco's signature style, the jewelry plays a supporting role to a frolicking, flower-crowned fairy (earth goddess?) taking a bath in—what else?—milk and rose petals.
The organic shapes of waves, coral reefs, and forest undergrowth can be seen in the collection's metalwork, the designs for which, according to Monaco, follow the lead of each pieces' respective raw gemstones: "Uncut stones allow me to work more intuitively," she says. "Every single piece is as unique as its owner."
