Spruce Street's Philadelphia Bridal Company has changed hands, and the boutique's young new owner, Ashley Corbett, hopes to catch the attention of Philly's brides-to-be. To cover all of her bases, Corbett's gowns will toe the line between the trendy and the traditional, she tells us, an important factor for staying relevant to the demands of today's modern bride.
Priced between $2,000 and $5,600, gowns include designs by Paloma Blanca, Cristiano Lucci, Allure, Impression, Winnie Couture, Kelly Chase Couture, Jim Hjelm, and La Chatuise, with the possibility of new designers being added in the future. The boutique can outfit the bridal party, too, in a selection of bridesmaids dresses and tuxes for rent or sale. What's more, Corbett will stock everlasting bridal bouquets from Philly artist Anna Coy of To Hold & To Have.
Stop by the boutique April 4 through April 6 to peep a trunk show featuring new designs by Winnie Couture and score a 10% discount on gowns by the designer. Stay tuned for news regarding a grand opening celebration early next month.
