A 50-year-old discount department store based in New York, Century 21 carries designer label apparel for men, women, and kids, plus shoes, housewares, handbags, and cosmetics. Kind of like the soon-to-open Center City Nordstrom Rack, which we've been eagerly awaiting since last fall. The opening date for Century 21 has yet to be announced, and it seems both Century 21 and PREIT, the owner of The Gallery, are remaining tight-lipped for now.
**UPDATE (4/25)**: Looks like this is a lock for fall 2014, because we just got a confirmation via Twitter.
