SOUTH BROADTop Chef winner Kevin Sbraga is on a serious hot streak. While the Fat Ham continues to rack up raves, Sbraga announced plans for a third restaurant, which will be located just a couple of blocks from his self-titled debut.

SOUTH STREET/NYC — Peter Serpico moved to Philly from NYC (where he worked for mega-celeb chef David Chang) and opened his eponymous restaurant with Stephen Starr just about a year ago. Now, Starr says, they're looking to open a second Serpico in NYC.
