WASHINGTON SQUARE WEST — After 16 years in business, Vetri has undergone renovations that significantly expand their size and scope. Eater Philly paid a visit to chef Adam Leonti to check out the space and to learn more about how the restaurant has evolved over time and how it plans to move forward.
CHINATOWN — Cultishly adored Korean fried chicken chain BonChon is finally ready to enter the Philly market, with a new location shooting for a September opening.
GAYBORHOOD — Lancaster-based roasters Square One Coffee opened their first Philly cafe this week, in a bright, cheery, and luxuriously roomy 2,000 square-foot space in the ground level of the John C. Anderson Apartments.
RITTENHOUSE — Long-awaited burger and shake spot Good Stuff Eatery has finally set an opening date: June 24. Owner (and former Top Chef fave) Spike Mendelsohn will be on hand for the opening, and there are prizes to be had for those willing to line up.
