Philadelphia Runner to Open Its Fourth Philly-Area Store

To go along with the neighborhood's concentration of cyclists in impossibly tight spandex, Manayunk will soon see an influx of tiny jogging shorts: Philadelphia Runner has announced that a location is in the works at 4358 Main Street, marking the sporting goods store's fourth store after locations in Center City, University City, and Glen Mills. The Main Street storefront hosted its previous tenant, Tag Denim, for more than a decade before the clothing shop shuttered last December.

Other than confirming that the store is slated to open fall 2014, reps from Philadelphia Runner aren't giving up details just yet, so stay tuned—or just keep your eyes for toned legs, as far as the eye can see.
