All images credit: Brent Luvaas Thousands of revelers flooded the Benjamin Franklin Parkway yesterday as the annual Wawa Welcome America festival returned to the thoroughfare for an all-day-long Fourth of July bonanza.

But before the sun went down and The Roots, Nicky Minaj, Ariana Grande, and Jennifer Hudson tore up the stage during the country's largest free concert, Racked photographer Brent Luvaas was pointing and shooting his way through the fashion madness.
