When we asked Philly boutique owners to name their favorite pedicure spots, many quickly replied with a go-to spot. Makes sense, considering the majority of their days are spent running around like maniacs to ensure their shops are stocked with the latest and greatest. Follow the jump to learn where store owners all across the city go to put up their feet—and the polish colors you'll most likely see on their toes.

Cinderella Nails

The favorite of The Little Apple owner Molly Cygan. "It's close to my shop, and it's light, bright and clean with kind staff. They host Wine Night Wednesdays, which can be a fun start to a girls night out before dinner on Main Street. As for polish colors, I go for Essie Bermuda Shorts, even in the winter."

City Nails

Occasionette store owner Sara Selepouchin's favorite. 'I don't get pedicures often, but when I do, I usually end up here. I like their selection of magazines, and I'm a sucker for treating myself to a croissant at Miel Patisserie across the street afterwards! For my toes, I like something either bright and that pops! or anything with sparkles.

Genesis Nail Salon

Concrete Polish owner Angela Monaco's favorite. "I love a matte black manicure with glossy black french tip. I always get my nails filed to be pointy there, too!"

Hollywood II Nail Salon

The Geisha House owner Cortney Cohen's pick. "I've been going here for years; it's next to my fiance's restaurant, Yokohama! They do an amazing job and are always meticulous with having no paint around cuticles, bubbles, or any small debris on your nails. They will make is perfect before you walk out the door. This is super important to me and they always do a good job on adding a thick top coat to make them super shiny and hard."

Paoli Spa and Nails

Trove General store owner Charlotte Bonner's favorite. "They have really nice touches, like essential oils and a hot rock leg massage; but they respect that fact that you can't always spend two hours getting your nails done. My go-to color is always Essie Mademoiselle because it's so neutral and clean."

Rescue Rittenhouse Spa

The favorite of Home boutique owner Sary Em. "The space is beautiful, atmosphere is relaxing and they really take their time massaging your hands, arms, and feet, which is my favorite part of the entire process! I really like bright colored toenails; a bright coral is always pretty. Essie has great color options in nail polishes!

Rittenhouse Nails

Knit Wit owner Ann Gitter's pick. "Susan does my mani/pedi. It's therapeutic for my retail feet! I wear any color as long as it's very dark on my toes."

From Aoki owner Alina Alter, another vote for Rittenhouse Nails. "The space is clean, well-lit, and comfortable, and the staff is efficient and courteous. Soothing music plays throughout to further whisk customers away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can't really go wrong with any of the employees, but I must say, Helen is the best!"

Tierra Mia Organic Nail Spa

Franklin Square owner Liz Burt's pick. "I love their coconut pedicure—and the complimentary espresso/coffee deliciousness they give you. It's the best place ever, and it's all organic, so it's great for people with formaldehyde or other nail polish chemical allergies."
